The Principal, Adam Pryce is Certified Public Accountant (CPA), a Global Management Accountant (CGMA), a member of the American Association of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants (NYSSCPA). He has been practicing accounting and auditing for twenty-one years, ten years in Caribbean (UK System) , and eleven years in New York, in industries such as manufacturing, real estate, retailing, agriculture, nonprofit, and other services. He is certified in International Financial Accounting (IFRS) having completed level 2 of the Association of Chartered Accountants (ACCA) in the United Kingdom (UK). Adam Pryce CPA, CGMA worked as auditor for New York auditing firms for a number of years and over ten years as chief financial officer of a large government funded Not-For-Profit Corporation and a Limited Liability Partnership.
